A licensed agent confirms a time and opens the home for you. They can answer questions on the spot. No ID verification needed for this path.

Self-showing access is earned, not open.
ID verified through Stripe
Government ID and selfie check, once. We never store your documents — Stripe handles it and returns a pass/fail.
Codes are single-use and expire
Each code is tied to one person and one tour window. It is deleted from the lock when the window closes.
One check, every future tour reuses it
Verify once at your first booking. Every tour after that reuses your verified record — no repeated uploads.
Every showing is logged
Entry time, exit time, who was verified, when the code was issued — the seller and their agent see the full record.
