Program description
The Instant Home Tour SMS Service delivers text messages related to self-showing property tours, including property access codes, security PINs, tour confirmations, appointment reminders, property access alerts, post-tour follow-ups, and service notifications. Messages are sent by Instant Home Tour, operated by Sloan Properties, Inc.
How to opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages when you create an account on the Instant Home Tour platform. During registration, you provide your mobile phone number and check a consent checkbox acknowledging that you agree to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services or accessing any property.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your tour activity. You can expect approximately 3 to 8 messages per scheduled tour, which may include a booking confirmation, a reminder, your property access code, a tour completion notice, and an optional feedback request.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Property access codes
You may receive automated text messages containing time-limited security codes for property access as part of your scheduled self-showing tours. These codes are valid only during your tour window and should not be shared with others. Property access codes grant entry to a physical property as part of a scheduled service.
Security and access alerts
You may receive security notifications related to property access and tour activity, including alerts about unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity at properties you manage.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. The keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE are all recognized and are not case-sensitive. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected].

Consent requirements
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or using our services.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, consent status, or SMS metadata with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies.
Governing law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
